The S3 track aims to perfect all aspects of non-technical skills, allowing for smooth interactions with clients; improved relationships with colleagues; and better knowledge of self — all while practicing how to better speak and write for stronger sales.

    Soft skills matter — and the sooner you master them, the more of an edge you’d have in the market.


    MODULE 2: Business Writing Basicss
    10:30am – 12:30pm
    Our writing brings out the communicator in us to the forefront, with written words representing both our professional voice and our tangible, lasting contributions at work. More importantly, impactful writing can help create lasting images in the minds of readers — the question is: will they make your readers smile or cringe?

    Business writing skills matter — from tone of voice to smooth syntax and efficient email drafting.

    MODULE 3: Professional Speaking Fundamentals
    2pm – 4pm
    Dry mouth? Trembling body? Heart palpitations? Shortness of breath? Sweating? These are some of the most common symptoms of anxiety on display before or during a speech, call or presentation — and they are felt by the vast majority of executives across industries and levels. There can be a better way.

    Professional speaking skills matter — from structuring memorable content to delivering it with ease.


    MODULE 4: Persuasive & Pitch Communication
    4pm – 5pm
    Any business person, creative professional, or high-level entrepreneur must have strong negotiation skills in order to convey their ideas, product briefs, and services profile in a quick and efficient manner. If you can convince people to change their attitudes to your advantage — you have a superpower.

    Persuasive communication matters — mainly the ability to convey the maximum amount of info in the least amount of time.


    MODULE 5: Discover your Personal “Why”

    Simon Sinek’s seminal work on the Golden Circle has taken the world by storm — his related TED talk is one of the most watched in history. His message in a nutshell? “People don’t buy what you do… they buy WHY you do it.”

Rabih is a trainer that practices what he preaches, which adds credibility to his service.
