Roland Daher

Roland has extensive expertise in startup-support programs. Over the last 3 years, he was responsible for designing, executing and scaling Dubai 100 – the region’s first digital health accelerator.

He is a founding member of Wamda where he led various programs with government entities and large corporations.

Roland holds an MBA from London Business School.

Saad is the KSA Director of Operations at AstroLabs.

Saad has an entrepreneurial background where he founded multiple ventures in eCommerce, Real Estate, and Trading. Prior to that, Saad worked 3+ years in leading financial & management consulting firms with exposure on multiple industries.

Saad has passion for supporting entrepreneurs and capability development. Saad holds a BA in Finance from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals.

Eyad Latif

Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins

Eyad Latif is a senior associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Corporate Department and Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies Practice Groups. Mr. Latif’s practice focuses primarily on representing emerging growth companies and their funding sources including venture capital and private equity firms. He has represented numerous international and Middle East-based emerging growth companies and venture capital and private equity firms in transactions across a wide range of industries, including Artificial Intelligence, BioTech, E-commerce, EdTech, CleanTech, FinTech, Gaming, HealthTech, Media and Virtual Reality. He has previously worked in the firm’s New York and San Francisco offices.

Mr. Latif received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Islamic Law and co-founded the Berkeley Journal of Middle Eastern & Islamic Law.

Abdullah Alsaeed

Associate at Latham & Watkins

Abdullah Alsaeed is an associate at Latham & Watkins’ cooperated office in Saudi Arabia, The Law Office of Salman M. Al-Sudairi, where he assists Saudi Arabian and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, banking and finance transactions. Mr. Alsaeed regularly helps start-ups and emerging companies as well as venture capital and private equity firms in the Kingdom’s emerging growth ecosystem.

Mr. Alsaeed is Saudi-qualified and received his LLM law degree from the University of Southern California.
