Rana El Habr, currently the head of the digital department at Education Media Centre in the Ministry of Education, UAE. Founder of Vif Media LLC, a digital production agency based in Dubai with desks in Amman and Beirut. Rana holds a BSc in computer science (2003) and a masters degree in digital marketing (2019). She has over 13 years of experience in Web-based app design and development and over 8 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on practice.
