Tapping into our extensive regional and global network of 450,000+ tech-enabled startups, the AstroLabs team surveys the market to source best-of-fit candidates. Employing a mix of outbound and inbound outreach tactics, startups will be sourced, interviewed, and matched to take on the proposed innovation challenge
Tailored Immersion Program
A custom-designed program for startups to work alongside key stakeholders at our partner organization, exploring the potential of piloting together. The startups will undergo a mix of 1:1 mentoring and integration proposal development sessions to bring out the MVP of each pilot track
Startup Pitching
Reflecting on the feedback from the immersion program, startups will pitch their solutions to a panel of experts and decision-makers selected by the partner to shortlist the best-fitting startups for a successful pilot program
Support for Scale
As the final shortlist of startups represents the pilot cohort, AstroLabs will continue to work and liaise between all stakeholders to ensure successful integration. In addition to managing the integration of the startup offerings, the commissioned AstroLabs team sets on to prepare learnings for the launch of another cohort of the fast pilot program to address new challenges
