SPL Account Creation
- Businesses must create an account on the SPL Portal using their Commercial Registration (CR) number to register a National Address.
- Once the account is set up under the MoI/CR number, the company’s SPL address is automatically issued and linked to the National Address system.
Proof of National Address Issuance
- After account creation, businesses can log in to the SPL Portal using their assigned username and password.
- A proof of National Address certificate can then be downloaded or printed directly from the portal for official documentation or verification.
