SBC Portal Registration Process
To register your business on the SBC Portal and upload the AoA, follow these steps:
Requirements
MISA license, name reservation number, company capital and address, parent company’s trade license and AoA, general manager’s passport or GCC ID, and general manager’s powers.
Steps to Register
Log in to the SBC Portal using Nafath authentication, upload the required documents and company details, submit the application for review (within 2–3 working days), and track the application status via SMS or portal login.
Approving and Attesting the AoA
Once your application is reviewed:
Approve the AoA Draft
Review and confirm the details via the SBC Portal.
AoA Attestation
Complete the process in person at the SBC Center with the required documents: a MoC letter signed by the authorized individual, the original Power of Attorney (PoA), and the SBC application number.
Fees and Final Steps
Log in to the SBC Portal.
Copy the Sadad invoice number and process payment through your vendor platform.
