The Hospitality Network (THN) entered Saudi Arabia to strengthen its role in one of the region’s fastest-evolving hospitality and real estate markets. By establishing a Riyadh office, the company created a stronger local base to connect decision-makers, support strategic partnerships, and contribute more directly to projects shaping the Kingdom’s future.
Opportunity
Saudi Arabia presented THN with a market defined by scale, rapid development, and strong demand for collaboration across hospitality and real estate. With major projects advancing under Vision 2030, there was clear room for a platform that could bring together owners, operators, consultants, developers, and suppliers in more focused and outcome-driven ways.
